Invest in the future – new apprentices 2025

This year, we welcome 21 new apprentices to Rottendorf Pharma. For the first time, we also offer an apprenticeship program for industrial electricians. We are proud of our growth and our expanded apprenticeship program.

The new apprentices spent a week together getting to know the different roles. This helps to build the foundation for close collaboration between the departments and successful execution of projects in the future.

During this welcome week, interactive training sessions were held, including introductions to data protection, GMP, occupational safety, training contracts, and our Code of Conduct. Experienced apprentices also shared valuable insights into their apprenticeship areas and practical tips for getting started at Rottendorf.

With this successful start, we are laying the cornerstone for a promising future for our young talents.
