The Management of the Rottendorf Group
Christine Beck joined the Rottendorf Group in July 2024. She has many years of management experience in the areas of Supply Chain and Operations, most recently as Business Unit Head, Solids at Aenova Group, responsible for 2,000 employees and 7 production sites.
Marco Niemann joined the Rottendorf Group in August 2022 and is responsible for the administrative divisions. He has many years of management experience and extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
Erich Scheibner joined the Rottendorf Group in December 2023. Previously, he was Managing Director Sales and Senior Vice President Sales at the Aenova Group for over ten years.
Expanded Leadership Team
Dr. Kevin Kiehm joined Rottendorf Group in 2014 as Director Business Unit - Development with over 7 years of experience in solid dosage forms development. Since 2017, he has held the position of Director Bulk Manufacturing.
Lea Schertel had already finished her pharmaceutical apprenticeship at Rottendorf (2002-2005). During her career, she managed the Bulk Manufacturing area. Since 2022, she has been Director of the Business Unit Packaging.
Gero Stüve has worked in purchasing at Rottendorf Pharma since 2004. He became Head of Purchasing in 2010.
Dr. Ilsabe Behrens joined Rottendorf Group in September 2023 as Director Service Unit Quality Assurance. She has many years of experience and extensive knowledge of Quality Assurance and as a Qualified Person.
Holger Hügens joined Rottendorf Group in September 2023 as Director of the Supply Chain Management Service Unit.
Mr. Hügens has many years of experience in the design and optimization of international supply chains.
Dr. Olaf Höbel has been responsible for the information technology division for over three years. Mr Höbel has many years of experience in the development of IT and digitalization strategies as well as the design of information security.
Dag Sommerkamp became Director People & Culture at Rottendorf Group in September 2021. Mr. Sommerkamp has a degree in economics from the University of Bielefeld and has many years of experience in HR in various branches.
Jelena Marković joined the Rottendorf Group in 2012. She studied economics with a focus on marketing, information and management at the University of Bielefeld and worked in Sales for many years. In February 2023, she took over the position as Head of Sales.
