The Management of the Rottendorf Group
Marco Niemann joined the Rottendorf Group in August 2022 and is responsible for the Administrative Divisions. He has many years of management experience and extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
Erich Scheibner joined the Rottendorf Group in December 2023 and is responsible for Operations and Sales & Marketing. Previously, he was Managing Director Sales and Senior Vice President Sales at the Aenova Group for over ten years.
Extended Board
Lea Schertel had already finished her pharmaceutical apprenticeship at Rottendorf (2002-2005). During her career, she managed the Bulk Manufacturing area. Since 2022, she has been Director of the Business Unit Packaging. Since 2026, in addition to her role as Director Packaging, she has held the newly created position of Director Production.
Dr. Ilsabe Behrens joined Rottendorf Group in September 2023 as Director Service Unit Quality Assurance. She has many years of experience and extensive knowledge of Quality Assurance and as a Qualified Person.
